Pre-screened pipeline
Every candidate in the pool has:

How it works for you
- Get access. Hospitals join on invitation. We verify ownership, location, and employment terms — to protect the candidates.
- Search profiles. Filter the pool by level, language, and region, and view each candidate's
Diplomdossier in German. - Direct contact. Request an introduction through the platform and negotiate directly with the nurse.
Pricing: subscription, not placement fees
Platform access runs on a per-organization subscription — no placement fees, no success commissions per hire. You budget predictably, regardless of how many nurses you find through the platform. Contact us for terms.
pflegeship provides digital software and matching infrastructure and does not act as a recruitment or temporary staffing agency (Personalvermittlung / Personalverleih). Hiring decisions, contracts, and terms are concluded exclusively and directly between the hospital and the nurse.
Privacy and compliance
All profiles are managed under EU GDPR and Swiss revDSG. Diplom images and ID documents are encrypted at rest; access is granted via time-limited signed URLs.
