Your path

1. Create your profile. Tell us about your training, experience, language level and where in Switzerland you would like to work.
2. Upload your Diplom. Our AI reads it and proposes a Swiss equivalence — Pflegefachperson HF, Pflegefachperson FH, FaGe, or AGS. You confirm or correct, and get a German-language dossier to hand to hospitals.
3. Get recognized by the SRK. Recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is the gate to working as a qualified nurse here. We guide you through it step by step — the free online PreCheck first, then the full dossier.
4. Get matched with Swiss employers. Once you are on the recognition track, we connect you with hospitals and clinics looking for your profile.

Your SRK recognition, in two phases

• Phase 1 — PreCheck (free, online): upload clean scans of your Diplom, transcripts, CV and passport, together with sworn translations. No notarization yet.
• Phase 2 — Full recognition (physical): after a positive PreCheck, mail the notarized copies, the signed application form, and your Certificate of Current Professional Status.

The tip that saves you money: do not pay a notary before the PreCheck. Translate → upload scans → wait for the green light → only then certify the copies.

What you should bring

• A completed nursing qualification from your home country (Diplom or equivalent).
• German at B2 to start — most German-speaking hospitals prefer or require C1. The required language depends on the canton.
• EU citizenship or a valid Swiss work permit.
